Three New Teams Accepted Into League |
| Emerald Exiles, Seaton Town and University of Exeter Reserves have all been accepted into the league for next season. At the league's AGM held on 17th June all three clubs were voted in and will play in Division One. Emerald Exiles are an Exeter based team who will play their home games at St. Georges playing fieldes on the outskirts of Exeter. Seaton Town will use the facilities at Colyford Road and the University of Exeter Reserves will use Topsham Road. The league welcome's all three new teams and wishes them all the best for the new season.
Exeter City have taken promotion to the regional league and the league would like to wish them every success. They collected their Premier Division winners cup and individual player awards as well as the Fair Play Award at the End of Season Celebration held at Buckland Athletic FC on 19th June. Congratulations also to Brixham Villa who collected the Division Two Fair Play Award at Saturday's party.
Unfortunately both Lipson United and Okehampton Argyle have decided to withdraw from the league meaning there will be 21 teams next season. It was agreed at the AGM that the league will revert back to two divisions with ten teams playing in the Premier Division and eleven teams playing in Division One.
