7th March 2010 Results

Both League Cup semi-final matches were played in glorious weather, with Premier Division Alphington’s match against Division Two champions Stoke Gabriel resulting in a 2-0 win for the Exeter side.   Premier Division leaders Exeter City travelled to Exeter & Tedburn Rangers for the other semi-final, and saw their League and Cup double hopes flounder as Rangers took the game 3-0. 

In the Premier Division Uni Exeter put themselves within a point of their opponents Bideford in beating them in a 7-3 goalfest. 

Division One leaders Plainmoor knocked eight past Axminster Town, with second-placed Totnes & Dartington Res staying in contention by beating University of Plymouth 2-1. Okehampton Argyle moved up to third, beating basement side Phoenix Club in a tight 3-2 game. 

Activate jumped up to second in Division Two, above Paignton Pilgrims whom they beat 3-1.
