The league accepted three new teams at the 2010 AGM: Emerald Exiles, Seaton Town and University of Exeter Reserves.  Exeter City have taken promotion to the regional league and Lipson United and Okehampton Argyle have withdrawn.  It was agreed at the AGM for the league to be split into two divisions - Premier Division and Division One.

Unfortuantely followig the AGM, Axminster Town and University of Exeter Reserves have withdrawn from the league due to a lack of players and pitch/transport issues respectively.  LFC Sparta have been accepted into Division One as a late applicant.

For 2010/2011 this means a total of twenty teams, ten in the Premier Division and ten in Division One.
